We offer a range of classes, designed to compliment your core CrossFit programming, including specialist classes that focus on specific areas such as building strength, speed or range of movement and flexibility.
Take a look at our timetable below. As a member you book onto classes using our Wodify app on your smart phone and even track your progress from week to week. This also means we can limit our classes to small, socially distanced groups and enable track and trace. Sanitization, rigorous cleaning and equipment use policy is in place.
